A support plate 65 of the storage box 14 has a plurality of long holes 67, 68 extending in the vehicle body width direction and crossing the long hole 50, the long holes 67, 68 of the support plate 65 are communicated with the long hole 50 of the side rail 31 and a bolt 52 is inserted to the communication hole to bolt-fasten the support plate 65 and the side rail 31.
