PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved wheel fastener with a cap, which can firmly hold the cap onto a fastener main body without holding the cap by means of welding and/or adhesive agent, and does not require any secondary machining. SOLUTION: A wheel fastener 10 with a flange includes a thread portion 16, a load bearing surface 18, a non-circular surface 20 and a fastener main body 12 having a flange 22 positioned between the load bearing surface 18 and the thread portion 16. The cap 14 is disposed onto the non-circular surface 20 and the flange 22, and the peripheral part 28 of the cap 14 is curved around the flange 22 so as to allow the cap 14 to be held over the fastener main body 10. The whole portion of the cap 14 is parted in a space from the whole portion of the load bearing surface 18 in the direction of its axial line, it is not required that the cap 14 has to be mounted to the fastener main body 12 by means of welding and/or adhesive agent. | ||||||

PURPOSE: To dispense with the mounting of an ornament for an automobile wheel on the road and improve the appearace of the ornament, by integrally molding an obverse and a reverse plastic layers different in color, to flatly expose the emblem of the reverse plastic layer in the obverse one to provide the ornament. CONSTITUTION: A reverse plastic layer 23 is formed by assembled molds 31, 32, 32a. The molds 32, 32a are then replaced with another mold 33 so that an obverse plastic layer 22 different in color from the reverse one 23 is integrally formed thereon. At that time, the emblem 25 of the protruded face 24 of the reverse plastic layer 23 is put in contact with the obverse plastic layer making mold 33 so that the obverse plastic layer is not placed on the face of the emblem but surrounds it. An ornament with the emblem 25 flatly exposed therein and different in color from the surrounding part is thus manufactured. According to this constitution, the emblem does not need to be mounted. Then, fitting a hub hole 11 at the outer periphery of the wheel cap 12, a wheel 9 is attached to the hub 4, which is fixed with a hub bolt 2 and a hub nut 8a. Thus, the outer periphery of the wheel cap 12 is retained with the inner circumference of the hub hole 11 eliminating to enlarge the opening part 13. A sheet-affixing device (10) for affixing a pressure sensitive adhesive-sheet (S) onto a wheel is provided. The sheet-affixing device comprises an absorption plate member (14), an alignment shaft member (17), and a pressing member (13). The absorption plate member is formed in a ring-shape. The exterior diameter of the absorption plate member is smaller than the diameter of a rim. On the bottom surface of the absorption plate member there are provided a plurality of suction perforations. The alignment shaft member is fitted into the hub so that the center of the absorption plate member and the center of the wheel are aligned. The pressing member is used for pressing a peripheral part of the pressure sensitive adhesive-sheet against the rim so that the peripheral part is affixed to the rim.
