PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing method for lumber which can be used for realizing a various graining pattern together with easy processing of a lumber.
SOLUTION: The processing method comprises (Step S1) a bending step of imparting a bending work to raw wood material of the lumber as a processing object placed in high-temperature and also humid condition, (Step S2) a forming step of forming a blank material containing at least a part added with bending within the raw wood from the raw wood to which bending is imparted thereto in the above bending step, and (Step S4) a compression step of applying a compressive force to the blank wood resulting from the above forming step in a steam atmosphere at a higher temperature and higher pressure than those of the atmosphere.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a decorative board having thickness by laminating plate materials and make the decorative board light in weight.
SOLUTION: Plate materials 1 and 2 constituting a head board A as the decorative board are stuck to each other. By allowing a peripheral edge part to remain on an inner surface of the plate material 1, a plurality of depression parts 5 are formed approaching each other. By partly forming a thin plate part 6 by the depression part 5, the thick head board A of a heavy weight feeling can be made light in weight.

The inventive subject matter relates to methods for reconditioning a barrel previously used for containing a substance, comprising the steps of determining cutting parameters specific to the barrel material to provide controlled cutting of the barrel material; removing a desired depth of the barrel material using an automated high pressure water cutting device; testing for a remnant of the substance using a sensor device; optionally spraying with a dissolving agent; and repeating the steps of removing and testing upon detecting the presence of the substance in or on the barrel. Additionally, the inventive methods comprise applying a liquid to the wood of the reconditioned barrel to control evaporation of the barrel contents. |

A honeycomb-shaped panel is formed from a plurality of generally sinusoidally shaped strips of molded fiberboard material each having spaced, oppositely directed flat peaks, the peaks of adjacent strips being secured together to form a plurality of hexagonally shaped cells extending perpendicular to the surfaces of the sheet. The strips may be cut from a single sheet of corrugated fiberboard sheet material and then secured together to form the honeycomb panel, or a plurality of such panels may be secured together face to face with their ribs aligned to form a stack, and selected cuts may be made through the secured, stacked panels to form a plurality of honeycomb panels of desired surface shape and height dimensions. The strips forming the cells are substantially rigid and resistant to collapse of the cells, and form a substantially rigid core when assembled between two flexible fiberboard skins, while the panel is bendable to adopt a desired panel curvature. |

A fiberboard panel is formed from at least one corrugated sheet of molded cellulose fiber material having alternating ribs and grooves. Spaced slits are cut through the ribs on one face of the sheet and terminate short of the opposite face so as to form at least one slotted portion of more flexibility which may be bent to form a curve. The corrugated sheet is sandwiched between two flat sheets of the same material to form a composite panel. The corrugated sheet or panel is formed by a wet processing method including successive cold and hot press steps in which a wet mat is pressed between an opposing perforated platen and non-perforated, elastomeric material platen of cross-sectional shape substantially matching the desired panel shape and dimensions. |

PURPOSE: A producing method of a liquid beverage using a pine tree wooden container is provided to use the container coated with a rosin alcohol solution or having vessels filled with the rosin alcohol solution. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a liquid beverage using a pine tree wooden container comprises the following steps: cutting a pine tree into a rectangular shape to obtain boards, and pressurizing the boards(S110); coating the surface of the obtained boards for the container with a rosin solution, and arranging the boards in parallel to contact one sides to each other on a frame with an opening on the center to obtain front, rear, and side frames(S111, S120); dipping the frames in an alcoholic solution(S130); installing the frames to a container frame using fixing units on the front, rear, and side surface of container frames; storing distillation-fermented alcoholic drink inside the container for aging(S150); and secondly distilling the drink(S160). |
