A structurally supported tire includes a ground contacting tread portion, a reinforced annular band disposed radially inward of the tread portion, and a plurality of web spokes extending transversely across and radially inward from the reinforced annular band and anchored in a wheel or hub. The reinforced annular band comprises an elastomeric shear layer, at least a first membrane adhered to the radially inward extent of the elastomeric shear layer and at least a second membrane adhered to the radially outward extent of the elastomeric shear layer. Each of the membranes has a longitudinal tensile modulus sufficiently greater than the shear modulus of the shear layer so that when under load the ground contacting portion of the tire deforms to a flat contact region through shear strain in the shear layer while maintaining constant the length of the membranes, the web spokes transmitting load forces between the annular band and the hub through tension in the web spokes not connected to the ground contacting portion of the tire.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an electric motor car chair easy to escape from a side groove by concentrically providing first tire part and second tire part whose diameters are different on the side of the shaft direction. SOLUTION: A solid tire part 7b is arranged more inward than a pneumatic tire part 7a and has a wider width s 2 than a width s 1 of the pneumatic tire part 7a. On the outer peripheral surface of this solid tire part 7b, a plurality of projections 17b are formed in the circumferential direction. These projections 17b play a role of increasing rolling resistance of the solid tire part 7b. The pneumatic tire part 7b expands and contracts by adjusting air quantity. When the pneumatic tire part 7b expands, the diameter becomes larger than the diameter (R2×2) of a solid tire 7b and when the pneumatic tire part 7b contracts, the diameter becomes smaller than the diameter (R2×2) of the solid tire part 7b. In a normal traveling, the pneumatic tire part 7b expands by air and the diameter of the pneumatic tire part 7a is (R1×2) which is larger than the solid tire part 7b (R2×2).
