CONSTITUTION: A lower frame(72) is placed on a specific position by coil springs(114,116), permanent magnets(110,112,118,120) and a buffer(144) as a patient is carried on a vibration damping structure. The lower frame shakes the head part of itself around the rotational center against the pressurizing force of the coil spring(116) or the repulsive force of the permanent magnets(110,118) if acceleration is inputted by a sudden brake. A lever(78) has upper and lower ends connected to a slider(76) and the lower frame respectively to lift up the head part of the lower frame. The front element of the acceleration caused by the sudden brake is reduced by the rear element of the gravity acceleration while the rest elements not reduced by the rear element of the gravity acceleration is reduced by the force of the coil springs(114,116), the repulsive force of the permanent magnets(110,118) and the damping force through the electromagnetic induction between permanent magnets(126,128) and a conductor(130).

Thereafter, the arm 3 is swiveled, and the stretcher S is lifted by the lift frame 2.
