89 Frame of small-sized 4-wheel car JP1506084 1984-02-01 JPS60161271A 1985-08-22 KANAMORI TAKASHI
PURPOSE:To increase the rigidity of a frame by forming a nearly triangular form on the side view under the front part of a main tube and over the rear part of the main tube and forming, at the front, a nearly triangular form in which the front edge of the main tube forms an apex, and a front axle forms a bottom side. CONSTITUTION:Crossmembers 36, 38, 40, and 42 and reinforcing member 44a and 44b are fixed onto a frame 10. A main tube 12, vertical tube 14, and a lower tube 18 form a nearly triangular form on the side surface, under the front part of the main tube 12. Further, the main tube 12, seat rail 20, and a rear tube 22 form a nearly triangular form on the side surface, over the rear part of the mai n tube 12. Therefore, the captioned frame can be provided with a high rigidity for the load in the vertical direction which is applied onto a front axle 16 and a bracket 26.
90 Vehicle body frame for tractor JP21760783 1983-11-18 JPS60110573A 1985-06-17 KATAUE NOZOMI; TAMURA KAZUHISA
PURPOSE:To improve the bearing capacity of a securely joined part in relation with an external load, by a method wherein a vehicle body frame is formed such that the right and left frames thereof are respectively divided into front right and left frames and rear right and left frames in the vicinity of a position where a front wheel bracket is securely located, and such divided frames are securely joined together. CONSTITUTION:A vehicle body frame F is formed such that a pair of left and right frames 1 being long in a longitudinal direction, are coupled together through a lateral beam 2, a front wheel axle bracket 3, and a lateral beam 4, and the rear ends of the left and right frames 1 are mounted to a portion in the vicinity of the central part in a longitudinal direction of a transmission case 5 by means of bolts 6. In the vehicle body frame, the left and right frames 1 are repectively divided into rear left and right frames 1a and rear left and right frames 1b in the vicinity of a place where said bracket 3 is securely located, and the divided ends thereof are welded together at W by a welding. This constitution prevents a bending moment due to an external load from being exerted on a position where the two frames 1a and 1b are securely joined together, and thereby, if rigidity is slightly insufficient, an external load can be enoughly born thereby.
91 Tractor JP4532280 1980-04-07 JPS55152674A 1980-11-28 ITAYA HIROSHI; TOMITA JIYUNJI
PURPOSE:To simplify the manufacture of frame and to reduce the weight of frame for agricultural tractor, by welding an arm-shaped clutch containing section manufactured through metal work and a tubular transmission shaft coating section and fixing to a crank case. CONSTITUTION:A baseboard 11 having a fixing boss 12 for a clutch containing section 4 and a fixing hole 14 for a starter 13 is fastened to the end face at the output side of a crank case 10. The clutch containing the section 4 is made to a cup shape integrally formed with a flange 4' at the open edge through press work of a plate material, while the front end of similarly manufactured tubular transmission shaft coating a section 3 is welded at the bottom of cup and an opening 4a for penetrating a propeller shaft 20 is made at the inside. A circular coupling board 15 having a hole 16 corresponding with the boss 12 of a baseboard 11 and a projection 15' constituting a starter fixing boss 17 is welded to the flange 4' and coupled to the baseboard 11. Consequently the manufacturing of frame is simplified while the weight is reduced.
