PURPOSE: To secure high reliability of a vehicle structure by inspecting material connecting condition of a layered panel with non-destructive inspection in a welding part of the layered panel or near there after welding plural layered panels for bonding. CONSTITUTION: In manufacturing procedure, firstly, honeycomb panels 1 are manufactured, and bonding condition of a panel bonding part is inspected. Then, the honeycomb panels 1 are welded so as to form a small block SB, and inspection of panel welding line and near there are performed. When a fault is detected by this inspection, correction or disposal is decided. Furthermore, plural small blocks SB are arranged so as to manufacture a large block RB, and after inspecting a welding line and near there, the large blocks RB are combined and welded to each other for bonding so as to conclude a structure 10. With this structure, a welding part or near there is effectively inspected so as to detect a fault, and a vehicle structure of high reliability is obtained. COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
