PURPOSE:To automatically store a number of trucks on a storage conveyor free from the rear end collision, by arranging a pusher dog turning-up/down operation plate for pushing-up the lower end part of a pusher fog which is erectly engaged at the front wheel position of the truck, between the truck storage division of the storage conveyor. CONSTITUTION:As for a storage conveyor, a number of pusher dogs D which are erection-urged are axially supported in an equal interval on a driving conveyor chain C by a shaft A, and a turning-up/down operating plate 5 is installed at a truck stop position on the storage conveyor. The turning-up/down operation plate 5 is supported on an installation base board 6 through a pair of turning-up/down parallel links 7A and 7B and urged to the floating-up position 5' side by a coil spring, and is floated up by releasing the sinking position holding force of the turning-up/down operation plate 5 by a cylinder 8. The cylinder 8 is driven when a control switch 8 is operated by the collision contact of the rear wheel WR of a truck with the turning ON/OFF operation plate 10 supported on an installation board 11 by the turning-up/down parallel links 12A and 12B.
107 Transfer system for transferring conveyor unit to other floor chain system from one floor chain system and transfer method for branching/transferring conveyor unit to side chain path from main chain path JP4721295 1995-03-07 JPH07285656A 1995-10-31 KARUROSU BUAN RIAADO
PURPOSE: To provide a transfer system and a method for transferring a conveyor unit to another floor chain system from one floor chain system without requiring a wide installation space and without a danger of stopping by biting-in of a pin. CONSTITUTION: Two horizontal sprocket wheels 12, 15 are provided to rotate in the mutually inverse direction to make two floor chains 9, 13 travel, and the floor chains 9, 13 have capturing members 10, 14 for capturing a pin 17 of a conveyor unit. In a transfer system 5 arranged so that the carried pin 17 is released by the capturing member 10 in a height of the sprocket wheels 12, 15 and is further carried by being captured by the other floor chain system 4, the transfer system has a dynamic transmission joining mechanism for joining the mutual two sprocket wheels 12, 15 in the constant ratio. 108 Method of hauling conveyor unit from main track to shunting track in floor chain haulage system JP4721195 1995-03-07 JPH07267350A 1995-10-17 KARUROSU BUAN RIAADO
PURPOSE: To haul a plurality of conveyor unit to a shunting track having a given length by driving a single floor chain using a single driving device for attaining a relatively easy structure without requiring a complicated connection cutting-off mechanism. CONSTITUTION: During the haulage of a conveyor unit 3, a floor chain 6 of a shunting track 2 and a catch member disposed on the conveyor unit 3 for catching a pin for conveyance are moved over a pitch distance PZ. When a subsequent conveyor unit 3 further follows on a main track 1 continuously, the floor chain 6 of a shunting track 2 is moved by an intermediate distance, and follows on the main track 1 without being hauled from the shunting track.
