161 Steering control method and device of vehicle JP2007188680 2007-07-19 JP2009023509A 2009-02-05 MORITA KATSUAKI; MORICHIKA SHUNJI; YAMAGUCHI MASAHIRO; HOSHI MITSUAKI; KATAHIRA KOSUKE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an automatic steering mechanism capable of performing delicate steering control to make a vehicle travel in both forward and backward traveling directions and make the central position of an axle of the front and rear wheels follow substantially the same track when making the vehicle travel forward and backward, in a track based transportation system. SOLUTION: A pattern steering angle table of the front and rear wheels is created at each changing point of a track from track conditions from a start point to a goal point, traveling conditions and vehicle conditions before starting. The vehicle 12 is steered based on the pattern steering angle read out from the table, and a position of the traveling vehicle 12 in the direction of a track width is detected. Correction steering angles ΔXa and ΔXb for correcting the position of the vehicle 12 in the direction of the track width to a target position are calculated, target steering angles are calculated by adding the correction steering angles to pattern steering angles Xao and Xbo, and the front and rear wheels 18 and 22 are steered at the target steering angles. The pattern steering angles, the correction steering angles and the target steering angles are independently calculated for the front and rear wheels 18 and 22. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To couple and uncouple a rotatable element with/from a drive element without receiving an excessive load on a drive means by providing a means between the drive means to rotate the rotatable element, and the rotatable element which can be coupled and uncoupled when the rotatable element is hooked. SOLUTION: A drive means 8 comprises an electric motor 13 and a crank mechanism 14, and rotary motion is converted into forward/back oscillation motion of a rotatable element 6. A means 21 is provided between the drive means 8 and a rotatable element 6 which can be coupled and uncoupled when the rotatable element 6 is hooked. The means 21 is part of a connection rod 18, it, favorably, is composed of elongation type changeable connection, and it, favorably, is provided between pivots 19, 20. These means are designed to provide initial resistance to deformation. When the rotatable element 6 is hooked, the connection can be elastically elongated and/or compressed, thereby the drive means 8 can execute ordinary actuation cycles. COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO

PURPOSE:To make it possible to certainly stop a conveyor can before colliding against an obstacle, by attaching a bamper extending along the front surface of the main body of an unmanned conveyor car to the support member protruded from the front end of said main body while attaching a sensor member to the leading end of the arm mounted to the bamper. CONSTITUTION:A link mechanism looked parallel from the side surface side thereof is formed of a bamper 10, a sensor member 12 positioned in parallel to said bamper in front thereof and an upper arm 13 and a lower arm 14 connected to said bamper 10 and said sensor member 12 through pins 15, 16. A dog 18 for operating a limit switch 17 attached to the main body B of a conveyor car is fixed to the leading end of the support member 11 secured to the bamper 10 and a spring member 19 is attached between the main body B of the conveyor car and the bamper 10 so as to usually make the bamper 10 and the sensor member 12 parallel to the front surface of the main body B of the conveyor car.

PURPOSE:To conduct a conveying operation efficiently by connecting a floor conveyer line and a hanging conveyer line through a reversing device, and mounting a travelling member capable of travelling extending over both lines, the travelling member being provided with a transported article holding portion. CONSTITUTION:A floor conveyer line 1 and a hanging conveyer line are connected to each other through a reversing device, and disposed is a travelling member 14 capable of travelling extending over both lines. The travelling member 14 is provided with a transported article holding portion 24. In this arrangement, the travelling member 14 is travelled along the line 1, with a transported article 23 held at the holding portion 24 to perform assembling operation with high accuracy without pressure from above the head. Subsequently, the travelling member is turned in a 180 deg. arc by the reversing device and then travelled along the hanging conveyer line to perform checking operation free from interference of a test stand. Thus, the need of attaching and detaching a transported article can be eliminated to perform conveying operation efficiently.

PURPOSE:In an apparatus where trolley units are coupled to the front and back portions of a truck, to separate the trolley units from the truck by movement of divided rails so as to be easily housed. CONSTITUTION:A truck 1 loaded with a long article A such as a car body is provided with the front trolley 7 and the rear trolley 10 which are positioned before and behind the truck through spacing rods 5, 5'. Running rails R have divided rails portions R1, R2 at predetermined positions thereof. The trolley units disposed before and behind the truck 1 are separated from the truck 1, and the divided rails R1, R2 are lowered and moved to both sides, whereby the trolley units are housed by lateral conveyers 16, 16'. Thus, the trolley units are separated from the truck to be easily housed and adaptable to the length of transported articles.
