107 HIGH-CARRYING-CAPACITY THROUGH RAIL TRANSIT SYSTEM EP15798826 2015-05-29 EP3150455A4 2017-08-02 ZHAO YI
A high-carrying-capacity through rail transit system comprises a main passage, operating compartments, an exit and entrance passage, rails, and a station. The operating compartments are independent small compartments (200). The rails are laid in the main passage (100) and are power rails that keep moving at a constant speed. The independent small compartments are placed at corresponding positions on the power rails, and the power rails drive the independent small compartments to advance at a constant speed. The station (400) is connected to the main passage having the power rails through the exit and entrance passage (300). One end of the exit and entrance passage is connected with the station and the other end of the exit and entrance passage is connected with the main passage to form a communicated structure. A connecting device is provided at the top of each independent small compartment, and the connecting device and a connecting structure arranged above the exit and entrance passage are butt-joined to complete rail change. The system adopts the independent small compartment mode, so every passenger has a seat and the through purpose is realized; stable and continuous kinetic energy for advancing are provided; and the independent small compartments have no relative displacement and can reach a high speed under high density.

110 MAGNETICALLY POWERED CONVEYOR SYSTEM AND METHOD EP99969070.4 1999-09-14 EP1028878A1 2000-08-23 STEWART, Brian, G.
A conveyor system (10) comprises carriers (20) moving along a support track (16), the carriers (20) conveying loads to a desired destination. The carriers (20) are powered by a motor track (12) having a number of linear induction motors (14) mounted thereon. The motor track (12) has means to connect or couple the motors thereto, the coupling means arranged generally continuously along the motor track (12). With this arrangement, the motors can be placed along the motor track (12) in any desired fashion depending, particularly on the power requirements needed for that portion of track, e.g., more motors for uphill sections of track. Motors can also be easily removed and positioned at other track locations. A controller is provided which controls the motors and the overall conveying operation. As an alternative to linear induction motors, linear synchronous motors can be utilized to propel the carriers (20) along a conveyance path.

A power and free conveyor system (30) is provided which utilizes a difference in height between the wipe in power trolley track (41A) and the wipe out power trolley track (41B), with or without a camming down of a retractable wide dog (84) of the free trolley (50), to allow the wipe in power chain (40A) to wipe in over the retractable dog (84) without any possibility of lateral interference. Thereafter the elevation of the wipe in power trolley track (41A) and the wipe out power trolley track (41B) are the same. An improved stop device (170) operating to push down the retractable dog (84) from the power chain (40) is also provided.

The invention concerns a mono or twin-rail overhead chain conveyor (10', 12'), in particular for transporting heavy loads such as motor vehicle parts. The conveyor has a chain track (14) in the form of an I-shaped profile with running gear (18, 20) which can move along said track and has roller blocks (26, 28) for mounting rollers (30, 32) which are supported on the chain track. The roller blocks are connected to a traction means (42) for pulling the running gear. For a monorail overhead chain conveyor, the running gear is in the form of loading running gear and, for a twin-rail overhead chain conveyor, it is in the form of towing running gear which interacts with loading running gear (82) movable on a load rail (78) running below the chain track. In order to render wear-free, silent running possible, the traction means (42) is a rubber or plastics belt having a single-stranded metal, glass fibre or carbon fibre insert (46)

Guide rail part for a conveyor adapted to convey product carriers in a hanging manner, where the guide rail part is adapted to be positioned centrally in a main rail of the conveyor, where the guide rail part comprises a body, wherein the guide rail part comprises an actuator pivotably suspended to the body, where the actuator is movable from a first upper position to a second lower position, and a stop member pivotably connected to the actuator such that the stop member is in a raised stop position when the actuator is in the second lower position and that the stop member is in a lowered bypass position when the actuator is in the first upper position. The advantage of the guide rail part is that a queue with product carriers can be realised, where the spacing between the product carriers is obtained with the guide rail parts in an easy and cost-effective way.
