PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electric parts of low noise types having sufficient mechanical strength as the electric parts which do not give rise to an increase of the electric resistance of a load circuit and have terminals usable within a plug socket.
SOLUTION: The electric parts include the terminals 3 and a function unit 2 which is fixed to a header 1, generate sounds and is sensitive to the sounds. The terminals 3 are mechanically fixed to the header 1 and are mechanically and acoustically coupled to the function unit 2. The terminals 3 project through the holes of the header to the flanks of the header 1 parted from the function unit 2. The terminals 3 have a modulus of elasticity of EA>;50 MPa. The terminals 3 are partially housed in a viscoelastic material 4 having a modulus of elasticity of EW<;10 MPa. The terminals 3 are housed in the viscoelastic material 4, by which the effective reduction of noise may be achieved. The method for manufacturing these parts is provided.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and strong modular autonomous operation mechanism by including a pair of side plates having multiple alignment holes, a shoulder section formed near an end section, extension sections penetrating the corresponding alignment holes, multiple slender members, a closing spring, a spring support assembly, a cam assembly, a rocker assembly, and an operation member supporting them with the side plates.
SOLUTION: Two side plates 97 are kept at the separated relation by a spacer rib. Four major auxiliary assemblies and a large closing compression spring constitute the drive portion of an operation mechanism. The auxiliary assemblies include a cam assembly 107, a rocker assembly 109 connecting the closing spring and the cam assembly 107, and a closing spring support assembly 113. These components are stored between two side plates 97. The closing spring is a strong spiral compression spring, and it is supported by the closing spring support assembly 113 by a special method. All of them are wholly supported by the side plates 97 in a rigid structure, and an adjusting means for compensating the manufacturing tolerance is not required.
