PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus capable of efficiently manufacturing a cloth of fur prepared by wrapping a fur strap around yarns of a netlike base.
SOLUTION: The manufacturing apparatus is equipped with a net receiver 15 holding a netlike base 1 in a posture having an chevron-shaped side view, a spiral shuttle 20, a guiding body 19 for guiding the rotation of the spiral shuttle 20 and a driving shat 21 for rotating the netlike base 1. The front end of a fur strap 2 is fixed on the end part of the spiral shuttle 20, and the fur strap 2 is passed through meshes of the netlike base 1 sequentially while rotating the spiral shuttle 20, so that the fur strap 2 is automatically wrapped around yarns 4 of the netlike base 1.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain clothing like a sweater from fur, fittable to the human body.
SOLUTION: This cloth comprises a stretchable net 2 and a great number of string-like fur parts 3. The string-like fur parts 3 are wound on warps and wefts in a state of successively passed through meshes of the net. Since the string-like fur parts 3 have hairs 3a in tufts, the net 2 is not watched from outside and the cloth shows the same appearance as that of ordinary fur. Since the string-like fur parts 3 are wound on the yarns of the net 2 and much longer than the yarns of the net 2, the string-like fur parts are not hindered by expansion and contraction of the net 2. Consequently clothing like a sweater fittable to the human body can be produced.

PURPOSE: To improve productivity and a quality by providing a combined fur/ textile fabric which is capable of reducing the volume and weight of fur, economizing fur material, being cut off by a general sewing method and being washed in water.
CONSTITUTION: The combined fur/textile fabric formed by combining fur strips to textile fabrics and its production method are provided. Fur strips 12 and textile fabrics are combined by sewing in any direction that is non-parallel to the longitudinal direction of the fur strips and fur pressed by stitches is erected by using the effect of a directional friction difference provided in the scale of a fur surface.

PURPOSE: To obtain knit fur cloth completely free from split line while preventing the straining of the cloth by putting back faces of two thin fur strips together and winding the obtained strips on a knit substrate.
CONSTITUTION: Two thin fur strips 1 are jointed together in an unpeelable state by putting the back faces (free from fur) together. The joint strip is wound on a definite knit substrate 2 from the center upward and downward or downward and upward and then on the adjacent substrate 2 from the opposite direction.

PURPOSE: To increase the added value of deer fur by marking spots on readily available and inexpensive deer fur colored but not spotted.
CONSTITUTION: The screen 32 having holes 33 passing through decoloring agent in a pattern corresponding to the deer fur spots is extended on the mimeograph plate 3 and the plate is pressed on the flatly extended surface of the deer fur colored but not spotted. Then, a paste of decoloring agent 5 is cast into the frame 31 of the mimeograph plate 3 to extend the paste 5 through the screen holes on the deer fur surface 10 for decoloration whereby spotted deer fur is produced. The pasty decoloring agent 5 is a mixture comprising water, modified natural rubber hydrolyzate and hydrogen peroxide. The deer fur to which the decoloring agent is applied is treated with aqueous ammonia on its surface.

PURPOSE:To obtain the subject synthetic leather free from hook tear and fraying, having moisture permeability and light-weighted by forming a coating film from a mixture of a specific synthetic resin and fine powders of a cellulose compound on a nonwoven cloth obtained by interlocking cotton fibers in three dimensions. CONSTITUTION:This very thin and light-weighted synthetic leather for clothing excellent in hygroscopicity, water retention and moisture permeability and free from stuffiness is obtained by coating a resin composition composed of preferably a foamable polyurethane resin and fine powders of a cellulose compound on a nonwoven cloth obtained by interlocking cotton fibers or its mixture with nylon fibers without using a binder and drying. |

PURPOSE: To efficiently obtain a fur product excellent in spoilage-proofness, durability, etc., by notching plural fur pieces followed by bringing the resultant notches to such a position as to face to each other and then by fixing a connecting piece with an adhesive in each pair of the notches.
CONSTITUTION: Notches 1b, 2b are provided on the respective sides of plural fur pieces along their long direction and brought to such a position as to face to each other. A pair of these notched 1b, 2b is then provided with a connecting piece 10 in continuous form along the long direction of the above sides, and both ends 11,12 of this connecting piece 10 in the width direction are fixed to the respective inner surfaces of the notches 1b, 2b through an adhesive, thus obtaining the objective fur product.

PURPOSE: To obtain easily a composite blank material for ornamental goods having lightweightness and an excellent spring characteristic, brazing characteristic, etc. by plating a Ti (alloy) bar material and both pipes of an Ni alloy and noble metal alloy and fitting the Ni alloy pipe then the noble metal alloy via Ag, etc. onto the bar material then cladding the pipes to the bar material by plastic working.
CONSTITUTION: Sn is plated by sputtering, etc. on the outside circumferential surface of the Ti (alloy) bar material. Au, Ag or Ni is plated on both inside and outside circumferential surfaces of the Ni alloy pipe contg. 5W60wt% Cu and the inside circumferential surface of the noble metal alloy pipe consisting of 20 gold, etc. The Ni alloy pipe is fitted into the above-mentioned Ti (alloy) bar material via the foil, thin-walled pipe, etc. consisting of Ag or Ag-Cu alloy and after the noble metal alloy pipe is fitted thereonto, the bar material and pipe are plastically worked to clad the pipes to the bar material. The oxidation during the stage is prevented by the above-mentioned platings and the stage is simplified.
