| PURPOSE: To provide the subject production method ensuring easy adjustment to a mold of specified pattern of a fur woven body prepared by twining ribboned fur around a substrate mold in the production process. CONSTITUTION: In a substrate mold body 1 for parts composed of warps 2 and wefts 3, where the ends of the respective warps and wefts are fixed to the edge material, the warps or wefts are helically entwined with ribboned fur 6 so as to expose the hair 6a face to make a woven fabric body 7, which is then treated with water by either spraying water thereon or immersing it in water, and the substrate mold body 1 is temporarily fixed to a specified mold followed by drying the woven fabric body 7 as the case may be to harden the ribboned fur. | PURPOSE:To impart an attractive appearance and properties both of which are not possessed by conventional furs by bonding fur strips end to end and passing the resulting fur string through meshes of a net fabric to unite it with the fabric so that the hair side of the string is exposed on one or both sides of the fabric. CONSTITUTION:Fur strips 2-3mm wide are bonded together end to end to obtain a string 13 in which one side 2 is covered with hairs and the other side 3 is skinny. The string 13 is passed through a mesh of a net fabric 10, subsequently passed over an x-direction thread 12a, with the hair side 2 facing outward, and then inserted into the next mesh. The string 13 is then twisted to turn it out, passed under a y-direction thread, and pulled up through the next mesh. Subsequently, the string 13 is twisted to turn it out again, passed above an x-direction thread 12b, with the hair side 2 facing outward, and then pulled up through the next mesh.
