PURPOSE: To obtain the subject fabric capable of providing an artificial fur closely resembling a sealskin cloth or a chinchilla which is the highest class product of fur. CONSTITUTION: The characteristic of this sealskinlike napped fabric comprises 5-15% difference between highly shrinkable polyester-based fiber 2 in shrinkage factor in boiling water and a low shrinkable polyester-based fiber 3, 15-40% difference between the highly shrinkable polyester-based fiber and the low shrinkable polyester-based fiber in dry heat shrinkage factor at 160 deg.C >=5% respective numbers of naps in the low shrinkable polyester-based fiber and the highly shrinkable polyester-based fiber based on the total number of naps and a larger number of crimps at the roots of the napped fibers than that at the tips. |

PURPOSE: To reduce the weight and to improve fittability to the body by remov ing fur of mouton at a suitable interval, and providing vent holes at a suitable interval in a leather part of the mouton whose fur is removed.
CONSTITUTION: Fur 2 overgrown on a leather part 1 of mouton is trimmed linearly at a suitable interval (about 4cm) by, for instance, hair clippers, and on this leather part from which the fur 2 is removed, vent holes 4 whose diameter is about 15mm are distributed and provided. Subsequently, mouton worked in such a way is sewn to the inside (the side to which the human body comes into contact at the time of sleep) of an ordinary quilt 3, or attached so as to be freely attachable and detachable by a fastener, etc. As for this quilt, its gas permeability is better than that of a conventional quilt, and as a result, the number of times of turning-over body motion in sleep is also smaller. A wool part of the mouton is excellent in hygroscopicity and moisture emittability, but has no physical action of absorbing water vapor in a short time, therefore, by providing the vent holes and allowing discharged moisture to escape from the inside of a bed, a comfortable sleep condition is obtained.

PURPOSE:To obtain the band with a circuit board which has no breaking of wire against bending, torsion, and extension by protecting electrode patterns on a resin film with an insulating film and covering its top and reverse with flexible resin. CONSTITUTION:The circuit board 1 has an element fitting hole 3 worked in a resin film base 2 of polyimide, etc., a lead pattern 7 connecting the electrode patterns 6 to each other is formed in an etching process after a rolled copper foil plate is stuck, and the insulating film 8 is furter stuck. Then, the circuit board 1, and an upper band 9 and a lower band 10 are sandwiched between a case 14 and a rear lid 15, and a battery frame 17 and a battery lid 18. The bands 9 and 10 are formed of soft plastic (e.g. urethane resin) having bending an elongating properties and their end parts are joined together with a high frequency melt-sticking adhesive, etc. Consequently, the electrode patterns 6 and lead pattern 7 in the circuit board 1 are protected with the resin film base 2 and insulating film 8, and further protected double through the external force absorption of the bands 9 and 10. |
