The lever 40 protrudes on a lamp 76 beyond the member 17 and a lock lever 46. In case that the lever 40 moves rotationally around the axis 41 in a counterclockwise direction to switch on a washer system, when the lever 40 is rotationally moved around the axis 41, a lamp glider 77 is guided along a slope 75. CONSTITUTION:Terminals 5a and 5b extend outward from the ends of a switch 2. The switch 2 is fixed to a battery 1 by fixing the terminals 5a and 5b to the electrode terminals 7a and 7b of the battery 1 by the user of a bolt 6. A casing 21 consists of an outer case 27 and an inner case 28 which is made of a synthetic resin and consists of an upper case 28A and a lower case 28B. Terminals 5a, 5b and 11 are fixed between the upper and the lower cases 28A and 28B with a sealing material 31 interposed. The inner case 28 is converted by the outer case 27 which is made of a synthetic resin.

And, the operating knob 12 is kept up in lower temperature than the normal one by an electronic cooling device 20 whereby this operating knob 12 is recognized as a knob for setting temperature falling use. And, the operating knob 16 is kept up in higher temperature than the normal one, and in addition the operating knob 14 is kept up in the normal temperature. Accordingly, each operating knob is discriminated for individual functions with the temperature state.

The generated alternative bias signal is applied to a set coil energizing switch (7a) or a reset coil energizing switch (7b). Thus, a latching relay (5) can be driven on and off, interlocking with an on-operation or an off-operation of the ignition switch (IGN).
