本発明の課題は、含汚泥における含水率を大幅に高めることなく、かつ当該含水汚泥を低い送圧によって円滑に乾式キルンの窯尻部分等へと移送することが可能となる含水汚泥の処理方法および処理設備を提供することにある。この課題を解決するために、本発明は、セメント原料を予熱するプレヒータ(3)と、このプレヒータ(3)が窯尻部分(2)に接続されて予熱された上記セメント原料を焼成する乾式キルン(1)とを有するセメントクリンカーの製造設備において、汚泥タンク(5)内に貯留された含水汚泥を、圧送ポンプ(6)によって配管中を移送し、直接窯尻部分(2)に投入することにより焼却処理するに際して、圧送ポンプ(6)と窯尻部分(2)との間の配管(7)の少なくとも1箇所において、注水装置(8)によって含水汚泥と配管(7)の内壁面との間に水を間欠的または連続的に供給して上記含水汚泥を窯尻部分(2)側へと移送することを特徴とする。

PURPOSE: To provide a method for producing cement in which a low-grade fuel can be used and by which the exhaust gas contains practically no hazardous gases, e.g. nitrogen oxides, hydrocarbons and carbon monoxide by preheating a powdered raw material in a preheating cyclone, calcining the preheated raw material, burning the calcined raw material in a rotary kiln, cooling the cement clinker produced in the rotary kiln and grinding the cement clinker to obtain cement. CONSTITUTION: The high-grade fuel used for the production of cement is partly replaced by a low-grade fuel. The low-grade fuel is gasified in a fluidized bed. A resulting fuel gas is separated into three gas streams. A first portion of the resulting fuel gas is supplied to a main burner of the rotary kiln, a second portion of the resulting fuel gas is supplied to an exhaust gas from the rotary kiln and a third portion of the resulting fuel gas is supplied to the calciner.
