The front wheel rear part embracing means and the front wheel front part embracing means are rotatably provided in the advancement/retreating direction of the front wheel relative to the frame, and an automatic locking means for locking any one or both the front wheel rear part embracing means and the front wheel front part embracing means when it is rotated at intrusion of the front wheel and embraces the front wheel from a radial direction on the front wheel rear part embracing means and the front wheel front part embracing means.
