The bead blowing polypropylene foam includes 10-25 wt% low-density polyethylene copolymerizing 7-20%, homo polypropylene of 25-45 wt%, block polypropylene of 25-35 wt% and copolypropylene of 1-10 wt%. The strength is improved, and impact is absorbed by enhancing the bonding force. The weight is reduced, and recycling is convenient with manufacturing the sun visor by polypropylene foam. The manufacturing process is simplified with forming the frame through injection molding. | ||||||
