A waist adjustment strip 3 is provided at the waist position of the extendible bottom wear 2. A strip retainer 4 passing through the strip 3 is provided. A waist adjustment mechanism W passing the strip 3 through the strip retainer 4 for fastening and retaining the strip 3 and for adjusting looseness of the waist position is provided in the bottom wear 2.
