PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulp producing technique which realizes a furniture-sized apparatus for recycling used paper that is capable of being disposed indoor such as small shops.SOLUTION: A pulp producing device includes a beating machine in which a pair of beating discs 41 and 42 are disposed opposite to each other with a close distance and rotatable relative to each other. This beating machine has small beating gaps R (60, 61) between the pair of beating discs 41 and 42 for implementing a sequential beating process comprising at least two steps of a rough beating process and a finishing beating process. The beating gaps R (60, 61) extend from supply mouths 50, 45a formed at a center part of the fixed side beating disc 42 to exhaust mouths 51, 45b formed at a circumferential edge of the beating discs 41, 42. The above configuration enables smooth beating with high processing capability even in an extremely small beating processing space R (60, 61) contained in a space of a furniture-sized apparatus without causing the blockage of used paper.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide environmentally friendly papermaking device of a waste paper recycling apparatus, which is installable in the inside of a small-scale store or the like at a low running cost and capable of holding high confidentiality.
SOLUTION: The papermaking device 3 includes a papermaking step part 10 for forming a slurry-like pulp suspension PS fed from a pulp producing part 2 in the former step into a sheet of a wet web RPO, a drying step part 12 for drying the wet web RPO formed into the sheet in the papermaking step part 10 into recycled paper RP and a treating conveyor 15 extending across the overall length of the papermaking step and the drying step in the papermaking step part 10 and the drying step part 12. The treating conveyor 15 is formed into a state of a net belt conveyor in which a net-like belt 20 of a net structure composed of innumerable meshes for filtering and dewatering the pulp suspension PS runs. Thus, there is no need of transferring conveyors when the sheet of the formed wet web changes the steps from the papermaking step to the drying step.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for adjusting pulp concentration for achieving a used paper recycling apparatus capable of being installed in a room of a small shop or the like, friendly to the environment, low in running cost, and capable of maintaining a high confidentiality.
SOLUTION: In a pulp concentration adjusting section 3 a predetermined amount divided from the whole amount of used paper pulp UPP manufactured at a pulp making section 2 in preceding step, water W for adjusting concentration is added to the divided portion of used paper pulp UPP, and the total volume of the divided portion of used paper pulp UPP and water W is adjusted to a predetermined value, thereby a pulp suspension PS of a predetermined concentration is prepared. In this manner, by adjusting the concentration of used paper pulp UPP per divided portions (small portions), the water consumption can be reduced considerably and the size of the apparatus is reduced, while enhancing the processing capacity as much as possible.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
