PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To have a soft wrapper surface and maintain a sufficient strength by performing spray application on only the wrapper surface of a pulp mold to be a specific value at its solidity after being diluted into a specific solid wt.% by the use of a softening agent. SOLUTION: The wrapper pulp molded article is obtained that a used paper pulp solution dissolved into slurry is molded by a wet absorption molding method after removing light weight matter to then be subjected to hot air and infrared drying operation for manufacturing a pulp mold, and it is lowered an ordinary temperature, and given a spray application of a softening agent to the wrapper surface before being dried spontaneously. With respect to the spray solidity, the density is made into 1.0-2 wt.%, thus carrying out uniform application. In addition, a quantity of the softening agent is made into 0.5-1.0 g/cm<2> at its solidity to the wrapper surface of the pulp mold. In the case of being less than 0.5 g/cm<2> , a soft feeling is liable to be insufficient, and an application exceeding 1.0 g/cm<2> incurs lowering of a compression strength; as a result, on further improvement can be obtained because of the saturation of soft and torch feelings on the mold surface. |

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically detect foreign matter bitten by the clearance between the paste application member and the doctor member. SOLUTION: A doctor roll 22 is made movable in the direction of separation from a paste application roll 21. The rod 47A of an air cylinder 47 is linked to the roll 2 in an integrally displaceable manner. The cylinder 47 is provided with a piston detecting sensor 48 which detects the piston integrated with the rod 47A. When foreign matter is stuck to the roll 21 and is bitten by the clearance between the rolls 21 and 22, the roll 22 and the piston displace in the direction of separation from each other, and the displacement of the piston is detected with the sensor 48. Thus, the bite of foreign matter can be automatically detected by means of the cylinder 47 and sensor 48. |

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To align sheets such as a document and paste them by using the same device to bind them into a book by providing a paper alignment mechanism which aligns a paper collection body by giving the vibration to it and a pasting unit which pastes a side face of the paper collection body which is exposed.
SOLUTION: A whole paper alignment mechanism starts to tilt when loading of sheet is completed in such a manner that point C which is an intersection of faces of platelike bodies 10C, 10A, and 10B becomes the lowermost point, and the lower face plate 10C vibrates after the mechanism stops at the set position to start the paper alignment operation. Upon completion of paper alignment, a pressing plate 10D lowers to press a paper collection body 1. Furthermore, the side face plate 10B travels in such a manner that a side face of the paper collection body 1 is exposed. Next, when the whole paper alignment mechanism is erected perpendicularly in such a manner that a side where the side face plate 10B existed becomes a base, a pasting unit 20 is arranged at a position along the base and travels along a lower side face of the sheet 1 which is exposed to paste it.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a restoring method for correcting characters and colors after restoring by ensuring equivalent thickness before restoring, improving durability after restoring, neutralizing papers, and ensuring simplification of the restoring thereafter, thereby restoring it. SOLUTION: A filtering sheet-like member moistened with water is engaged with a paper making frame 4, a gauze 5 is placed thereon, given by moisture, and wrinkle is ironed out. A paper 6 to be restored is superposed on the gauze in a non-wrinkle state. A paper making frame is oscillated in a paper making container 2, and damage part is blocked by paper making and charging with restoring fiber, horizontally placed as the frame, and dripped. The frame is removed in a semi-dry state, and rayon paper 7 is superposed on the sheet to be restored. Then, only the filtering sheet-like member is removed, spread on a spread plate, and dried. After drying, the rayon paper is removed, and entirely given with moisture. A damaged boundary part is coated with mucosa of dry root of Hibiscus Manihot L. in an important manner. Again, the rayon paper is superposed on the paper to be restored, spread on the spread plate, and then dried. Eventually, the gauze and the rayon paper are removed. |

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate of an optional thickness without generation of a lug by a method wherein an adhesive is applied to the corrugated surfaces of single-faced corrugated boards to form a laminate, a non-coated plate is inserted when the thickness reaches an optional thickness, and the laminate is separated. SOLUTION: The corrugated surface 2 of a single-face corrugated board 1 is turned downward an adhesive is applied to the corrugated surface 2 with a coating roller 7 of an adhesive bath 6 and the board 1 is slid by a feed roller 9 from above a plate 8 of the upper surface of the board 1. Then, a vertical variable table 5 is set and the boards 1 are stacked in order on a frame 12 of a periphery of the base floor 11 the non-coated plate 4 is inserted when the thickness reaches an optional thickness. Since no adhesive is not applied to the plate 4, the laminate 3 of an optional thickness can be formed. Since the boards cut beforehand are stacked on, a lug part is not necessary to be cut and avoid generation of cuttings. |
