| PURPOSE:To obtain a container without liquid leakage by a method wherein a specified synthetic resin layer is provided at the inside of the end part of a waterproof and anticorrosive layer of the container which is fabricated in the manner that its waterproof and anticorrosive layer is faced inside thereof. CONSTITUTION:The end inside of a material 1 having a waterproof and anticorrosive layer of synthetic resin and the like (for example, polyethylene) is so applied with molten synthetic resin as projecting from its end. Then, said synthetic resin is cooled and molded to form a synthetic resin layer (a). The obtained material 1, when forming it, for example into a container 14, is sealed up with a synthetic resin layer a when joining the end parts 1a, 1b. | PURPOSE: A water-soluble adhesive composition which does not bleed on paper and is suitable to bind paper sheets or to mend broken paper sheets in papermaking factories, comprising a carboxyl group-containing polymer and an epoxy group- containing polyether-polyol. CONSTITUTION: A water-soluble polyether-polyol is reacted with epichlorohydrin in the presence of a Lewis acid such as BF 3 and the reaction product is then subjected to dehydrochlorination in the presence of an alkaline catalyst to produce a polyether-polyol (A) into which reactive epoxy groups are introduced to an extent of 10W80mol%. 50W600pts.wt. of the polyether-polyol (A) is added to an aqueous solution of 100pts.wt. of water-soluble or water-dispersible carboxyl group-containing polymer (B) prepared by polymerizing (1) a carboxyl group-containing monomer such as (meth)acrylic acid and, if desired, (2) an ethylenically unsaturated monomer such as vinylpyridine.
