AND GRADUALLY INCREASING THE TEMPERATURE UP TO 21* C., AND THEREAFTER ACCELERATING THE FERMENTATION ON THE YEAST NUTRIENT MEDIUM BY ADDING LARGE QUANTITIES OF MOLASSES, NITROGEN AND PHOSPHATE AND WITH STRONG AERATION IN ORDER TO OBTAIN A HIGH YIELD OF YEAST.
