103 | Automatic corrugated board stacking method and device therefor | JP30632795 | 1995-10-20 | JPH09110168A | 1997-04-28 | HAYASHI EIKA |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a stack of corrugated boards hardly tilted and eliminate the artificial array thereof by stacking a plurality of corrugated boards falling due to a dead load at the first position by the preset number, and moving the stacked layer of the preset number of the corrugated boards to the second position free from a complete overlap with subsequent falling boards. SOLUTION: A counter 5 counts the number of corrugated boards delivered from a corrugated bard outlet 1 for a fall to an apron 31 every time, and adds one to the number of every corrugated board. The counter 5 controls a suspension mechanism 6 and lowers a cradle 3 by a distance at least equal to the thickness of one corrugated beard. As a result, boards are stacked on the apron 31 at a position for receiving subsequently discharged corrugated board, thereby preventing the irregular alignment of the stacked corrugated boards. When the number of the sequentially stacked corrugated boards reaches a value preset with the counter 5, this counter 5 actuates a travel mechanism mainly made of a hydraulic cylinder 40, thereby moving the apron 31 to a different position. Thus, the stacking of subsequently falling corrugated boards starts at the second position free from a complete overlap with the previously stacked corrugated boards, and stacking at the first and the second stacking positions takes place alternately.
