摘要	PURPOSE:To carry out a loaded pallet from a pallet conveyer and supply an empty pallet to a pallet conveyer in a short time by elevating and lowering an upper loaded pallet conveyer and a lower empty pallet conveyer which are disposed on a traverser. CONSTITUTION:When a loaded pallet P is carried out to a carry-out conveyer 71 or 72, a pallet conveyer 21 or 22 and a loaded pallet conveyer 45 are stopped, and an elevating frame of a traverser 31 is raised. After that, an empty pallet conveyer 46 of the traverser 31 is driven backward, and the pallet conveyer 21 or 22 is driven backward, so that an empty pallet P is supplied from the empty pallet conveyer 46 of the traverser 31 to the pallet conveyer 21 or 22. Subsequently, the empty pallet conveyer 46 and the pallet conveyer 21 or 22 are stopped, and the traverser 31 is moved to one side and stopped at the rear portion of an empty pallet storing and supplying apparatus 81. After the elevating and lowering frame of the traverser 31 is lowered, an empty pallet P is transferred from the apparatus 81 to the ampty pallet conveyer 46.
