또한, 본 발명은 타이어 수리장치에 관한 것으로서 상기 타이어의 펑크부로 진입되며, 탄두 형상으로 형성된 헤드와, 상기 헤드로부터 소정길이 연장된 몸통과, 상기 몸통의 외주면을 감싸도록 형성된 코팅부를 포함하는 타이어 수리용 총알과; 상기 총알을 상기 타이어 내부로 삽입시키는 타이어 수리용 건;을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 따른 타이어 수리용 총알은 타이어 내측으로 삽입된 후에는 몸통이 축소되면서 헤드가 타이어 내부와 외측에 걸린 상태로 삽입되므로 쉽게 빠지지 않으며, 몸통의 외주면에 접착용 코팅부가 형성되어 있어 타이어에 발생한 펑크부를 긴밀하게 밀봉시킬 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 타이어 수리장치는 종래보다 타이어 펑크부의 수리 작업이 용이하고 간편하며, 작업시간을 현저하게 단축시킬 수 있다.

The ECU(60) discriminates the data and applies electricity to many electromagnets(40) disposed on the outside surface of the wheel(20). At the moment, the electromagnets(40) generate intense magnetic force according to the applied electricity, thereby making electromagnetic repulsive force against permanent magnets(30) attached on the inner circumference of the tire(10). Thus, the tire(10) maintains a running posture without being deformed.
