SOLUTION: The cold showcase 1 includes the transparent door 2 whose one side is pivotally supported at the body in such a way as turnable to openably/closably close an opening of the body 11 with a display chamber 4; the handle 3 provided on the outer surface on the non-pivotally supported side of the transparent door; and the locking device 17 provided inside the handle. The locking device has a keyhole 19, a turning shaft 21 to concentrically turn with the key by the rotational operation of the key inserted into the keyhole, and a hook 22 attached to the turning shaft to be detachably engaged with the body. At least two conductive regions 21 are applied to the conductive layer in the vicinity of the separation gap 20, and the base connection 16 is electrically and/or mechanically connected to the conductive regions 21.
