PURPOSE:To reduce a changing device to compact size by disposing a speed change pedal shaft and an input shaft of an intermittent feed mechanism on the same axis and coupling both shafts through a planetry gear accelerating mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A speed change pedal 1 is secured to the outer end of a speed change pedal shaft 2. In a transmission case M, a speed change drum 3 is disposed on the same axis as the speed change pedal shaft 2, and an accelerating mechanism 5 and an intermittent feed mechanism 6 are disposed between the speed change pedal shaft 2 and the speed change drum 3. The accelerating mechanism 5 comprises a planetry gear mechanism. That is, an input shaft 7 of the intermittent feed mechanism 6 is disposed on the same shaft as the speed change pedal shaft 2, and a sun gear 8 is formed on the forward end portion of the input shaft 7. A planetry gear 9 is supported on a shaft arm 10 secured to the speed change pedal shaft 2. An internal gear 11 engaged with the planetry gear 9 is secured to the transmission case M.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shift lever device that can enlarge the degree of freedom in setting a shift pattern. SOLUTION: An operating lever 21 changes the shift range of an automatic transmission. A control lever 31 transmits the motion of the operating lever 21 to the automatic transmission. A clutch 41 is engaged with and detached from the operating lever 21 to mechanically interlock or not to interlock the control lever 31 with the motion of the operating lever 21. A guide groove 51 for releasing the engagement of the clutch 41 and operating lever 21 when the shift range is changed over to a forward range is provided inside a case body 12. The clutch 41 is provided with an engaging pin 61 moved while being guided by the guide groove 51.
27 | Multistage trigger device | JP17241296 | 1996-07-02 | JPH1020951A | 1998-01-23 | TSUCHIYA KOJI |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multistage trigger device which executes pseudo analog input approximated to an analog key without the need of skill in an operation through the use of a former controller. SOLUTION: The multistage trigger device 10 is provided with a controller installation part 4 which can sandwich a handle 2 from upper/lower directions and a plate-type lever 6 which is pivotally attached to the upper part 4a of the controller installation part 4 through a hinge 5. A fastening screw 7 is fitted to the lower part 4b of the controller installation part 4. A recessed curve part 6a is formed on the upper face of the lever 6. The back side is partially thicken so that a trigger key 3 in securely depressed and a key depression part 6b is formed. When the lever 6 is depressed, lower trigger keys A, B and C are continuously depressed and operation feeling approximated to analog key input can be obtained.

PURPOSE: To increase the freedom of changing the shift arm stroke and also to make the apparatus compact by a stroke adjustment mechanism which consists of an auxiliary shaft parallel with the gear shift spindle and two pairs of gears that are disposed on both shaft and engaged with each other. CONSTITUTION: When a gear shift spindle 20 is rotated by the operation of a shift pedal, one end of a return spring S is pushed open, and is rotated by a specified angle until one side of an opening 21a comes in contact with an auxiliary shaft. At this time, the rotation angle is amplified by the relationship of engagement of shift gears 22, 31, 32, 24, and the shift arms 23, 26 are pivotally moved by a specified stroke. The stroke of the shift arms 23, 26 can be changed in a relatively large range by selecting suitable gear ratios, and only the replacement of the gears is required. There is no need of changing the size of the shift apparatus 1 itself. Therefore, the construction can be compact, and parts interchangeability among various models becomes possible.
