An accumulation mechanism 57 is capable of accumulating the rotational force transmitted from the shift spindle 55 to the master arm 83. The master arm 83 and the clutch lever 72 are interlocked with each other. A delay mechanism is provided that delays the clutch disconnection operation with the clutch lever 72 before accumulation is completed between the shift spindle 55 and the clutch.

An annular gap 21 between the cylinder 12 and the rotation support shaft 10 is filled with a damper oil and a pair of plate bodies 22, 23 having oil passage holes 22a, 23a are secured to the shaft 10 and the cylinder 12.
