PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate maintenance work of a neutral reset mechanism in a hydrostatic transmitting device, in a running operation device for a tractor. SOLUTION: This running control device for a tractor comprises an engine, a frame 1b supporting this engine, a hydrostatic transmitting device 34 driven by a power source of the engine, an output control means 39 arranged in this hydrostatic transmitting device for changing its output, and a forward/reverse running control means 41F, 41R related to this output control means, the output control means 39 is related to the forward/reverse running control means 41F, 41R through a swivel arm 55, it is pivotally supported to freely rotate in an outer side position of a housing 38 of the hydrostatic transmitting device, and this swivel arm 55 is provided with a neutral reset mechanism 59 of the hydrostatic transmitting device. |

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delay operation device which keeps a drain port in an open condition for a fixed period of time by an output shaft, changing the drain port over into a closed condition by the output shaft instantaneously after a fixed period of time, can operate sufficinetly by small driving force, eliminates a necessity of increasing mechanical strength, and provides good touch feeling and operability at the time of operation when it is used as a drain valve open and close device of a flush tank for flush toilet. SOLUTION: A delay operation device has an output shaft 7 which can rotate in the opposite direction to one direction from an original position, a hold member 18 which holds the output shaft 7 at a predetermined position when the output shaft 7 is rotated in either of the directions, a timer 30 which sets the hold time by the hold member 18, and a release member which releases the holding of the output shaft 7 by the hold member 18 after the hold time set by the timer elapses. In this case, the timer has a unidirectional clutch which is arranged in the direction of the same axis as the release member and a brake means 27 which generates brake force when the release member returns. When the output shaft 7 rotates in one direction, return members 23, 25 of the release member are energized, and the unidirectional clutch does not transmit rotation force so that the brake means 27 does not operate. |
