Titania is vapor deposited on the slope to a thickness corresponding to about 1/8 of the wavelength of a desired laser light so as to form a first layer 4. Subsequently, silica is vapor deposited thereon to a thickness of about 1/4 of the wavelength of the desired laser light to form a second layer 5. These processes are repeated, that is, titania is vapor deposited on odd-numbered layers while silica is deposited on even-numbered layers, until a predetermined number (3 or more) of layers are obtained. Finally, the slope of another right-angle equilateral prism 2 similar to the prism 1 is bonded to the outermost layer of the multi-layered film 3 with an adhesive.
