PREPARATION: The reaction between a benzylamine derivative and a 1-naphthylacetyl chloride derivative is effected in the presence of a base such as a tertiary amine, pyridine or potassium carbonate in a solvent such as benzene, chloroform or ether at -10W100°C to give the compound of formula I.
