PURPOSE: To extend the system and eliminate the need of man power by fitting a load conveying means to one end of a chain operated by push and pull, connecting the other end to a driving means, and supporting and guiding the chain by a track in a conveying chain system for a dining hall or the like. CONSTITUTION: A kitchen area 11 (center station Z) and a dining area 12 (satellites S1, S2) are connected to each other by tracks 2c, 2a, 2b and a switching point-like branch 5, and a load conveying tray 3 is moved along the tracks 2a-2c. That is, one end of the chain is deposited in the respective driving members 1 disposed in the satellites S1, S2, and a tray is disposed at the other end thereof, the chain is pushed and pulled by the driving member 1 to be moved between the center station Z and the satellites S1, S2. The respective tracks 2a-2c are supported by plural posts 4. By this arrangement, the arrangement and connection can be accomplished without manpower. COPYRIGHT: (C)1989,JPO

PURPOSE:To prevent molded parts from being demaged, to facilitate the supply control of molded parts and as well to restrain the cost of the parts from raising, by forming the molded parts integrally with a frame member which is in turn integrally incorporated with a long length carrier member, through the intermediary of runners, and by picking up one of the molded parts after cutting the associated runner. CONSTITUTION:Molded parts 1 are formed integrally with a frame member 2 and runners 3 extending from the frame member 2 thereinto, and the frame member 2 is locked in a space 5 in a long length carrier member 4. Blocks 6 having a height than the thickness of the parts 1 are arranged at suitable intervals, and the frame member 2 is locked in a recess in each block 6. A series of molded parts 16 wound around a supply reel 17 in a roll-like shape by means of a flexible carrier member 14, are prevented from being deformed and damaged due to the provision of the higher blocks 6. Since the carrier member 4 is engaged with the sprockets of a gear 19 through pilot holes 7 formed therein, the series of parts are intermittently fed, and on the way of the feed each part 1 is clamped by a chuck 20 and is cut off by a cutter 21 while the runners 3 and the frame member 2 are left there.

PURPOSE:To make it possible to omit a part feeder per train of molded parts of the same type and simplify a complex part management system by connecting trains of molded parts produced in succession and by feeding a set of molded parts different in type as one body to the next processing step. CONSTITUTION:A set of trains of molded parts different in type connected in the horizontal direction is rolled on a feeder roll 5, and a molded parts train JP pulled out in the direction of the arrow is guided by a guide roller 9 and intermittently fed by intermittently rotating sprockets 10, 11, 12 which are engaged with pilot holes 2 of a carrier 1. Therefore, from the molded parts train JP which is fed and stopped on a chuck mount 14, each molded part is taken off the carrier 1 by means of a chuck 13 of a robot R in accordance with the part assembling sequence; thus the parts are repeatedly assembled. In this way, it is possible to perform the supply, management or assembling of parts in a rational manner.

PURPOSE:To facilitate separation of parts from film and thereby improve a working property by providing parts-insertion holes and auxiliary holes for restricting a broken region through a parts-conveying film, and pushing down the parts inserted into the insertion holes to break the film at the positions of the auxiliary holes. CONSTITUTION:When screw parts 21 inserted at a prescribed pitch into a film B for parts conveyance wound around a rewinding reel 11 is fed pitch by pitch a portion just under an electric motor driven driver 16 by a sprocket 13, a movable part 18 starts to be lowered. Under this situation, a positioning device 17 is lowered, and a pin 20 is inserted into a hole 24, allowing the film B to be positioned. When the movable part 18 is further lowered, the tip of the electric motor driven driver 16 pushes the head 21a of the screw parts 21, so that the screw parts 21 are allowed to break auxilizary holes 26 in the film B and pushed out to the position of a shutter 15. When the screw parts 21 are pushed in succession, the shutter 15 is opened, and the screw parts 21 are supplied to a reception part 23. Thus, with actuation of the electric motor driven driver 16, screwing process is effected.
