A male screw of the bolt protrudes upward from the first mudguard member. A plurality of nuts, each mutually separate components, include a locking mechanism. The plurality of nuts are tightened onto the male screws of the bolts above an attaching portion to secure a mudguard unit to the attaching portion.

The main body has a central axis that is arcuate with a radius, width and taper approximately equal to those of the motorcycle fender. At least three orifices are located on the first and second flange and main body. The at least three clamping elements are positioned at the at least three orifices on the first and second flange and on the main body away from the sides. The main body structure of the motorcycle fender extension component may be placed on a motorcycle fender and attached by fastening the clamps to sandwich the motorcycle fender between clamping elements and the main body structure. In other embodiments of the present invention motorcycle fender extension component the motorcycle fender is also included.
