SOLUTION: This luggage net 1 includes a substantial square main body 9, two fixed hems 2 for hemming two opposite edges of the main body 9, edge strings 3 that pass through each of the meshes aligned along the other two opposing edges, both ends of the edge strings 3 being secured by the fixed hems 2, and all of these components being composed of nonelastic material. Edge string length adjustment means 4 is attached to the edge string 3 for allowing adjustment of the effective length of the string 3. End strings 5 are attached to each of the four corners of the luggage net 1, and a middle string 7 is provided between the two fixed hems 2. This middle string 7 passes through meshes of the main body 9 in parallel. These end strings are composed of elastic strings, and the ends of each provided with an engaging part with the automobile.
