254 Finisher structure JP17423287 1987-07-13 JPS6418743A 1989-01-23 SUZUKI TAKASHI; INAMI SUMIO; HORIIE MASAYOSHI
PURPOSE:To simplify the manufacture and enhance appearance quality in a finisher structure by which an appearance decorating portion of characters or a mark or the like is formed by embedding defined pattern parts in a finisher main body so as to form the appearance decorating portion. CONSTITUTION:A finisher F with which the outside surface of an automobile is decorated is composed of a transparent resin-made finisher main body 1 and character parts 7 formed into the configuration of characters or a mark or the like. The character parts 7 are embedded in the rear face of the finisher main body 1 so as to form the appearance decorating portion 0 of the finisher F. In addition, the character parts 7 are formed with ABS resin and as well character portions 9 and bosses 10 for fixing are provided. With this arrangement, when the finisher F is formed, the bosses 10 of the character parts 7 are inserted into the mounting holes 8 of a lower mold 4 forming the rear face of the finisher main body 1, and thereafter transparent resin is injected in a cavity 6 formed by the lower mold 4 and an upper mold 3 so as to embed the character parts 7 in the finisher main body 1.

PURPOSE:To obtain the integrally continuous appearance of a back door part and improve the quality of appearance of an automobile body by fixing the lower side part of a back door opening finisher to a rear panel via a bracket while placing said finisher on the top face of a rear panel finisher. CONSTITUTION:A band like back door opening finisher 8 is installed on the outer peripheral side part of the peripheral edge flange 2 of the back door opening part 1 of the so-called hatch-back type automobile. The lower side part 8c of the back door opening finisher 8 is fixed to a rear panel 5 via a bracket 9 provided on its bottom part by means of a clip 13. Further, the lower side part 8c is placed on the top face of a rear panel finisher 7 which is aligned with the outer faces of rear combination lamps 6 and which covers the rear panel 5. Thereby, the parting gap between the rear panel 5 and the rear panel finisher 7 can be covered, obtaining an integrally continuous appearance of a back door opening part to improve the quality of appearance of an automobile body.

PURPOSE:To make it possible to facilitate the manufacturing of vehicle emblems at a low cost, by press-forming marks of patterns to be inscribed in a vehicle emblem, as concave parts and convex parts in a stainless steel plate having colored surfaces, and by removing the color on the surfaces of the convex parts. CONSTITUTION:The material of a colored-surface stainless steel plate which may be a stainless plate decorated with a denatured acryl resin paint or a stainless steel coated with incocolor or ceramic, is formed into the shape of an emblem body 11. Thereafter or simultaneously with the forming, marks ('TURBO' is inscribed in the drawing) and patterns to be inscribed in an emblem 10 are press-formed as convex parts 12 in the emblem body 11. Then the colored surfaces of the convex part 12 are subjected to a hair-line process and the like to remove the color therefrom so that color-removed surfaces 13 are obtained. With this arrangement, the color contrast between the color- removed surfaces 12 and the remaining colored surfaces 14 gives an attractive appearance to the marks and the patterns, thereby it is possible to provide highly aesthetic emblems at a low cost.
259 Method of posting up bill on strap JP13240584 1984-06-27 JPS6112455A 1986-01-20 OKAMURA TOYOHIKO
PURPOSE:To make it possible to simply post up a bill having its front surface showing an attractive advertisement on a strap, by inserting the bill into a grip ring suspended by the strap, then by bifolding the same, and thereafter by superposing both end sections of the bill with he annular section of the strap being held therebetween before both end sections are secured. CONSTITUTION:Two advertizing patterns 2 are exhibited on two sections of a bill 1 having a folding part 1b as a boundary between two sections with the advertizing patterns being reversed to each other. That is, the bill 1 is divided into two, front sheet and rear sheet sections 1e, 1f with the folding part 1b being used as a boundary between the front and rear sections while the front end of the front section 1e is provided therein with a cutting line 1c to form a locking band 3. Upon installation of this bill 1 on a strap 5 the bill 1 is at first inserted through a grip ring 5 suspended by the strap 5, and then is folded along the folding part 1b as a boundary with the ends of the front and rear sections 1e, 1f being set at their tops. Then, the locking band 3 is folded downward with its free end 3a being inserted into the annular section 5a of the strap hanger 5. Then, the front end of the rear sheet section 1f is made abut against a cross-beam 4 from which the strap 5 is suspended and is superposed on the front end of the front sheet section 1e, and thereafter the superposed parts of both sections are secured together with the use of a fastener.
260 Large-scale display equipment to be mounted on car JP15518783 1983-08-24 JPS6047735A 1985-03-15 NAKAJIMA KAZUMITSU; WADA KUNIHIRO
PURPOSE:To enhance simplicity in practical use of a large-scale display equipment to be mounted on a car in accordance with the maintenance and safety standards specified by the load transportation criterion, by placing two upper display parts side by side between two lower display parts when said display equipment is transported. CONSTITUTION:While upper and lower display parts 5 and 6 are being carried, they are placed side by side on a car body 12 with their picture surfaces facing outward. When they arrive at the destination, upper and lower surface side plates 10-1 and 10-2 are folded down, centering around upper and lower hinges 11-1 and 11-2 so that 10-1 and 10-2 can be placed on a guide rail 17. Then while the upper display parts 5 and 5 nearly neighboring on each other are mounted on an installing stand 15, a hydraulic cylinder 13 is operated to expand/contract a piston 14 in order to pull up the display parts 5 and 5. Next, by expanding/ contracting hydraulic cylinders 16 and 16, the upper display parts 5 and 5 now mounted on the guide rail 17 are moved horizontally until they form a complete picture together with the lower display parts 6 and 6. When the whole picture is to be stored, actions are taken in the reverse order to the above.
