Der großflächige Deckel eines Rads mit eingesetzten Elementen (2) ist eine technische Lösung, die einen besonders bedeutenden optischen Effekt hinsichtlich der Ansichtsseite, die zusätzliche Erhöhung der Gesamtsteifigkeit, die Bausatzvariabilität der verschiedenen Ausführungen, ggf. die Verbesserung der Belüftungswirkung zu erzielen ermöglicht. Die Darstellung der Erfindung besteht in der Anwendung und festen, unzertrennlichen Anbindung der Sondereinsatzelemente (2) in die obligatorischen Lüftungsöffnungen (5) des Grundkörpers (1) auf deren Umfangsauflagenahtstelle (3), wobei diese flexibel einsetzbaren Einsatzelemente (2), vorteilhafterweise angefertigt aus Materialien verschiedener Farben und auch Qualitäten, selbst über eine spezifische Form der Lüftungsöffnung (7) verfügen.

Die aufgeführte Konstruktion weist nicht nur sehr reine Fugen und eine scharfe Abgrenzung der optisch sich unterscheidenden eingesetzten Elemente (2) der Rahmenform vom Grundkörper (1) des großflächigen Deckels des Rads auf, sondern auch neue Anwendungsmöglichkeiten im Gegensatz zu den bisherigen Begrenzungen der dreidimensionalen Formen der Belüftungsöffnungen (7) aufgrund der begrenzenden, technologischen Formwinkel, anfallend bei den bekannten, einteiligen Ausführungen ohne eingesetzten Elemente. Dieses Konzept ermöglicht auch die Ausführung der Einsatzelemente (2) für die linke und rechte Seite separat und damit auch die geeignete Optimierung der Kippstellung der sonst senkrecht einmündenden Öffnung zur Verbesserung des Belüftungseffekts vom Innenbereich des Fahrzeugrads her.

A wheel is made up of a wheel main body 1 which is made up of a rim portion 10 and a disc portion 11 and which has a vent hole 141 in the disc portion 11 and a decorative member 2 made from a resin which is held in at least the disc portion 11 and is observed from the vent hole 141. Since the decorative member 2 is observed in the vent hole 141, the wheel main body 1 including spoke portions 14 does not have to be thinned. In addition, since the design of the decorative member is observed in cooperation with the design of the disc portion 11, the degree of freedom in design is increased.

The ends of the fixing means (6) are provided with an overlap region (7) for overlapping the edge (8) of the rim and the retaining element (3) can be fastened to the edge (8) of the rim by the fixing means (6). The aim of the invention is to provide a retaining device (1), which offers a stable fixing and centring solution, thus permitting a correct wheel-alignment analysis. To achieve this, the overlap region (7) is spring-loaded in the direction of the wheel (2) and/or the fixing means (6) have a spacer (12) and the overlap region (7) is retained on the spacer (12) so that it can be displaced in the direction of the wheel (2).
