PURPOSE: An apparatus for recycling molding sand is provided to eliminate dissolved pattern materials remained after completing the process, to keep the molding sand in a clean state, and to ensure fluidity and gap filling ability of the molding sand having a good quality. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for recycling molding sand includes a hollow cylinder(200) which is provided with an inlet and an outlet, a plurality of helical blades(210) formed at inner wall of the cylinder along the axis direction of the cylinder, and a rotating device for rotating the cylinder with respect to a central axis. Molding sand is treated in a casting process, and then is flowed into the inlet of the cylinder. Molding sand is treated in the recycling process, and then is discharged from the outlet of the cylinder. The rotating device is a supporting roll(220) which is mounted on the lower portion of the cylinder.

The object of the invention is a mechanical rotary casting sand reclaimer, having a base with a grain hole and a lock, wherein the base contains a rotor supported by a vertical bearing, coupled with a driving motor by means of a belt transmission, and an abrasive ring installed on the base and enclosed within a cylindrical casing oriented concentrically to the rotor. The reclamation unit comprises an abrasive ring (5) with a profiled internal surface and a cylindrical external surface with lugs on its perimeter and on the bottom of the ring located within the cylindrical casing (4). It further comprises a rotor supported by a vertical bearing, the rotor having abrasive blades or rods (6) and located in the base concentrically to the abrasive ring (5). The rotor is connected with a driving motor (7) by means of the belt transmission. It further comprises a ring air blade (9) installed on the top surface of the abrasive ring (5), the ring air blade having a dedusting chamber casing (10) attached to it. The casing (10) is equipped with a casting sand batch hole (11) and a side revision window (12). On the top surface of the abrasive ring (5) there is further installed, coaxially with the axis of the chamber, a telescopic dedusting duct (14) ending (13), the dedusting duct (14) being connected with a dedusting cyclone (17) and a suction fan (18). The dedusting duct (14) has sensors (15) for measuring air velocity and a triboelectric dust counter; the sensors (15) being connected with a triboelectric sensor signal converter (16) and a controller of the rotational speed of the driving motor (7).

An einer Sandregeneriereinrichtung zum mechanischen Abreinigen von Sandkörnern, insbesondere von organisch und anorganisch gebundenen Formsanden ist ein Behälter in Form eines Zylinders (9) angeordnet. Durch den Zylinder (9) ist koaxial eine zentrale, hohle Antriebswelle (10) angeordnet, welche drehbar gelagert ist. An dieser Hohlwelle (10) sind ein oder mehrere Teller (5,7) fest verbunden. Zwischen Teller (5,7) und Zylinder (9) ist jeweils ein Spalt (16). Durch die Drehbewegung der Teller (5,7) entsteht zwischen dem drehenden Teil und dem stehenden Teil der Sandsäule eine Trennebene, in der eine intensive Korn an Korn Reibung stattfindet. Durch die Zentrifugalkraft wird der Sand in Richtung der Zylinderwand und durch den Spalt (16) getragen, was zusätzlich zu einer intensiven Korn an Korn Reibung führt. Der bei der Reibung entstandene Staub, mehrheitlich abgeriebene Binderpartikel, wird mit Hilfe der Absaugung über Öffnungen (17), die in der Hohlwelle (10) angebracht sind, fortlaufend durch die Hohlwelle (10) abgesaugt.

The considerably increased grinding and dedusting performance requirements caused by the suppression of preliminary thermal treatments are met by a composite system of separate grinding and dedusting areas through which the sand continuously circulates in a vertical circuit.
