Then, pre-compressed high-elastic rubber 10a and a bumper 10 consisting of aluminum inserts 10b, 10c fixed to the rubber are provided. The aluminum insert 10b is fixed to the rotary unit 8 and the insert 10c is fixed to a hub 14 for a rotary shaft 16. As the result, a load fluctuation transmitted to the rotary unit 8 is absorbed by the dumper 10, and the value for the load fluctuation applied to the rotary shaft 16 is reduced, and a powerful radial load is not applied to the ball bearings for the electric motor 2.
