An arm plate 13 fixed to an armrest 14 is provided with a guide slit which is provided with an inclined groove. Thus, the armrest 14 is not pressed downwards by loads from above. SOLUTION: The monolever manipulating device for the working vehicle is equipped with an armrest added to a console and a monolever which is arranged in front of the armrest and rotated in the back-forth direction and right- left direction. In this case, when the monolever is operated in the right-left direction, the operation can be done with a constant distance from an operation fulcrum (P) below the elbow of the operator put on the armrest 10 to the grip of the monolever 20. The axis Q of a 1st rotary shaft 25 making the monolever 20 rotate in the right-left direction extends through nearby the operation fulcrum P on the armrest 10.
