본고안에따른안내궤도식고무차륜경전철분기기용가동안내판록킹구조는안내궤도식고무차륜경전철의분기기구간에서주행로일측에설치된전기전철기의작동로드에의해상기분기기의가동안내판을슬라이드이동시킨후 상기가동안내판의선단부를임시고정시키는록킹구조에있어서, 상기가동안내판저면에설치되며상측경사면을가진후크; 상기수대상에설치되어상기후크의상측경사면과사면접촉되는하측경사면을가진스토퍼;를포함하는것을특징으로한다. 따라서, 본고안은안내궤도식고무차륜경전철의가동안내판하부에슬라이드작동을단속하기위하여가동안내판저면에상측경사면을가진후크와이에대응되는하측경사면을갖는스토퍼가수대상에함께설치되므로가동안내판이고정안내판과보다안정적으로일치될수 있기때문에분기륜이안정적으로가동안내판에의해안내될수 있음은물론가동안내판과고정안내판의불일치에의한분기기오작동을방지하여분기구간에서의경전철주행중 안전사고를방지할수 있게된다. 또한, 상기스토퍼일측에는위치조절볼트가더 형성되고상기가동안내판저면에구비된위치조절구와서로나사조립되어상기후크의하측경사면과사면접촉되는방향으로스토퍼의위치를미세조절하여가동안내판의좌우방향으로분기된후 그상태를확실히록킹시킬수 있게된다.

본발명은골프장의카트카를포함하는전기구동차의운행노선을유도하기위한유도선시공방법에관한것으로서더욱상세하게는절개로형성후 상기절개로에유도선을매설하고그 상부측으로완충재를삽입한다음콜탈, 몰탈, 우레탄또는이지죠인트등의밀봉재를주입함에따라완충재가외부충격이나환경변화로부터유도선을완충보호하여유도선의단선또는전선훼손등을방지할수 있는전기구동차유도용유도선시공방법에관한것이다. 이를위해본 발명은본 발명은도로면으로유도선을매립할구간에절개로를형성하는단계와; 상기절개로내측으로유도선을매설하는단계와; 상기절개로내 유도선상부측으로위치되도록완충재를내입하는단계와; 상기절개로내 완충재상부측으로콜탈, 몰탈, 우레탄또는이지죠인트가주입되는단계;를포함하여이루어진다. 여기서상기절개로는폭 8mm 내지 10mm이면서깊이 30mm 내지 40mm로형성되며, 상기절개로에매설되는유도선및 완충재는수직단면이원형으며유도선은절개로의폭보다작게형성되고완충재는절개로의폭보다 2mm 이상큰 것이바람직하며, 상기절개로를형성하는단계전에유도선을매립할구간으로부터 1m 이내에통신선또는전력선이매설되었는지를검사하는단계와, 검사하여통신선또는전력선이매설된경우유도선매립구간을통신선또는전력선으로부터 1m 이상외측으로이동하거나 4mm 내지 10mm 두께의철판으로유도선매립구간과통신선또는전력선간이서로차단되도록매설하는단계가더 포함된다.
