CONSTITUTION: (A) One or more solid compounds having negative heat of dissolution (e.g. ammonium chloride, sodium carbonate, etc.) (1 part by weight), and (B) a hydrogel (e.g. agar, "konjak paste", etc.) (pref. 1W4pts.wt.), are packaged separately and miscibly in respecitve containers to obtain the objective cooling device. The separated containers are pref. a soft plastic bag (e.g. polyethylene bag) pinched with an easily detachable clamp. The one or both sides of the bag are pref. made of a foamed polyethylene.
USE: Cooling device for emergency use or for leisure.
