CONSTITUTION: Rice bran as a raw material is stirred with a solvent, e.g. n- hexane, and then allowed to stand to form a white suspension in the upper part thereof. The resultant suspension is then fitlered and separated to give a filtration cake, which is dried to separate and produce white fine powder containing much phytin.
