Such as sawdust or rape seed oil cake is used as the organic powder, and such as sand or iron powder is used as the inorganic powder. In this way, it is not necessary to exhaust the sludge which stays in the oil tank, outside the oil tank, and the tanker can be repaired at a low cost and in a short time.
