| 자전거의 보관및 주차시설에서 눈,비로부터 보호는 물론 흙먼지,직사 태양광으로 부터 보호 하기 위한 자전거의 보호덮개 장치에 관한 것이다. 종래 자전거를 덮어 씌울 수 있는 자전거 보호덮개는 보급되어 있으나, 도난의 우려가 크서 자전거 소유자로 부터 그 사용이 외면 되어온 실정이다. 주차시나 장기 보관을 위해서는 자전거의 보호조치가 가장 중요하다 할 것이다. 그러나, 간혹 도심의 주차시설에서 장기 주차 방치의 상태는 자전거 보호의 시설물로는 인식할 수 없을 만큼 많은 문제점을 안고 있다. 본 고안의 자전거 보호덮개 장치는 자전거 거치대에 고정부착한 것으로 덮개의 도난을 방지하고, 누구나 간단히 조작하여 자전거를 눈 ,비로 부터 보호함은 물론흙먼지,강한 태양 직사광으로 부터의 보호도 완벽하며, 나아가서는 자전거의 도난 우려가 큰 고급형이나 새 자전거를 타인의 시선으로 부터 차단하여 도난 예방의 효과가 큰 것이다. 현재의 주차 시설은 자전거를 장기 방치시, 자전거 구동부는 눈,비에 노출되어 녹이 쓸게 되고, 안장과 몸체가 먼지로 덮여서 오랫만에 다시 사용하는데는 여간 번거러운 일이 아니다. 특히 해풍을 많이 받는 곳이나 공사장 먼지등을 감수해야 하는 곳에서는 기존의 시설이 가지는 한계성으로 관리면에서 자전거 보호관리는 무방비 상태라고 말할 수 있다. 본 고안의 자전거 보호덮개 장치는 고정 거치된 자전거를 당김 손잡이 부분을 당겨서 고정걸이가 바퀴를 걸어 고정되게 하고, 덮개를 펼쳐서 덮어 씌우는 것으로 설치를 마무리 한다. 특히 자전거 이용자가 용무지에 근접 주차가 되도록 최소의 주차면적을 가지며, 손쉽게 이동이 될 수 있는 자전거 수직 거치시설의 거치대에 장착하여 선택적으로 이용케하는 시설의 한 부분이다. 기존의 차양 시설보다는 효율적이며,저렴하고 설치 면적을 필요로 하지 않는 장점이 있다. | ||||||
