【課題】一時的にストレージされた搬送台車を駆動経路部に的確に送り出すための構成を提案する。
【解決手段】車輪21a,21bを介して搬送台車3を走行自在に支持する駆動コンベヤチエン17によって構成されたストレージ経路部2に、搬送台車3を設定間隔おきに強制走行駆動する駆動経路部1Bが接続され、この駆動経路部1Bが、搬送台車3に設けられた左右平向きの被動ピン22aが上下方向嵌脱自在に嵌合する台車推進用爪部6を一定間隔おきに備えた駆動コンベヤチエン4を備え、搬送台車3の被動ピン22aが、台車推進用爪部6の案内輪7eの周りでの回動経路の直前に位置する定位置で、搬送台車3を前後移動不可の状態に位置決めする、位置決め解除自在な台車位置決め手段32,44と、この定位置にある搬送台車3を、被動ピン22aを台車推進用爪部6に嵌合させるタイミングで押し出す台車押出し手段34が設けられた構成。

PURPOSE:To stop a transport truck at a fixed position of a traverser without a shock in an apparatus for pushing and transporting the truck by a truck pushing conveyer provided with a pusher dog by disposing a stopper arm provided with a shock damper at the stop position of the truck. CONSTITUTION:When the forward motion of a conveyer 2 forces a truck 1 transported by a pusher dog 6 to transfer onto a traverser 3, a cam roller 5 is brought into contact with the upper surface of a retainer dog 7, and adapted to bring down the dog 7 backward by the forward motion of the conveyer 2 and to turn a stopper arm 9 upward around the slide end 11 of a shock damper 10 so as to be lifted up to the height of the upper surface of the dog 7. Whereupon, a pusher plate 8 collides with a stopper piece 12, and a shock caused at this time is absorbed by the shock damper 10. At this time, the plate 8 is clamped between the dog 6 and the stopper piece 12 by engagement of a pin 16 into the end finger portion of a nonreturn piece 17 to fix the truck 1 at a position.

A bolt diversion system for use with a conveyor system having a conveyor chain for towing a movable cart. The bolt diversion system is used to prevent debris from interfering with operation of the conveyor chain. The bolt diversion system includes first and second rails, disposed vertically and spaced from one another so as to define a slot therebetween. Lower faces of the rails are disposed close to and in overlapping relationship to upper lateral edges of the chain so as to define a small gap between the first and second rails and the conveyor chain that is smaller than the debris, so that the debris remains in the slot and on top of the conveyor chain. The debris is conveyed by the conveyor chain to a debris removal zone in which a wiper arm assembly is provided. The wiper arm assembly includes a wiper arm that extends across a top of the conveyor chain. The wiper arm knocks debris off of the conveyor chain and into a debris collection container.
