When the microphone assembly is inserted to a receiving part 54 installed on the panel part 50, the accommodation housing 24 rotates so that the opening of the accommodation housing 24 is brought into intimate contact with the panel 50. The fixing member 8 supports microphones 2, 3, and 4, and this is constituted as a rod. The sun visor 6 is provided at the upper part of a front glass in an automobile chamber. The device 7 connects the sun visor 6, that is, the speaker 5 with the microphones 2, 3, and 4. The revolving motion of the sun visor 6 can be converted into the rotating motion of the microphones 2, 3, and 4 by the transmitting device. Thus, a radio telephone can be used at all the positions of the sun visor.
