The gyro-device 730 has a gyro-housing 731, and multiple hooks 736 formed on a surface of the gyro-housing 731, namely a surface corresponding to a surface of the main chassis 710. A locking member 737 to be coupled with a holder 720 is provided between the hooks 736. The gyro-device 730 can be angle-adjustable according to the mounting angle of the car audio apparatus, so that it is compatible with car audio apparatuses of vehicles having various features, and high mass productivity is obtained. When further insert of the device body 1 thereinto causes the lock piece 13 to attain an L-shaped detent hole 12 formed in the mentioned oversurface plate of mounting frame 11, a lock plate 23 is turned clockwise by the spring 26 to detain the lock piece 13 with the detent hole 12 of the mounting frame 11, and thereto the device body 1 is fixed. Putting the hand apart from a handle 10 allows it to rotate automatically to cause detection of the lock piece 13 with the detect hole 12, so that there is no risk of forgetting to lock and thus the safety is ensured. When the handle 10 is turned in the direction of arrow b, its idle end 10B pushes the drive part 19 of a slide plate 18, and the lock plate 23 rotates counterclockwise, and the lock piece 13 is released from detention with the L-shaped hole 12 of the mounting frame 11.
