SOLUTION: The bookbinding apparatus comprises: a sheet carry-in path for carrying-in sheets on which images are successively formed; a collecting tray means which collects the sheets from the sheet carry-in path and makes up into a bundle shape; a bookmaking processing path for transferring a sheet bundle from the collecting tray means to a cover fastening position; and a cover feeding path for feeding the cover sheet to the cover fastening position. A cover is prepared by integrally forming a front cover and a rear cover through a connecting part. An adhesive unit is attached to a rear surface of the photographic paper(S104). The photographic paper is cut according to a cutting line(S105). The photographic paper is folded according to a folding line(S106). An outer surface of the photographic paper is attached to an inner surface of the front cover and an inner surface of the rear cover(S108).
