The punch unit includes a punch block, a push disk(R3) which moves back and forth along a slide shaft, and a push pin rod whose one end is connected to a punch holder and the other end comes into contact with the leading end of the push disk so that the push pin rod is moved to separate a processed product in a punch of the punch holder when the push disk is moved forward. Two wire rods are supplied from a complex reel unit through a complex straightening roller unit, continuously transferred through a plurality of rotating rollers, and cut at one time by a cutting unit, so that both ends of the two wire rods are formed with the punch dies of the rotating unit and the punch of the punch unit.
